2022 CEREPS Summit in Cork/Ireland: WGI contributing multiple presentations

From May 18-20, 2022, the 7th Summit of the European Research Council for Physical Education and School Sport (CEREPS) will take place at the University of Cork in Ireland. CEREPS was founded in 2015 – the Willibald Gebhardt Institute was one of the founding members. Until today, the WGI is a member in this European network and both organizations cooperate in several projects.

At the CEREPS Summit in Cork, the WGI will hold two presentations and also deliver one workshop. The keynote on “The European Commission: Key steps to promote PE and School Sports in the 21st century” stands out in particular. Another WGI presentation on “The CEREPS consensus statement on COVID-19 recovery” will be complemented by a workshop on “Quality of PE and quality of the recovery after COVID-19 pandemic”. The Willibald Gebhardt Institute will be represented in Cork by its project partner Roland Naul, who is also a member of the Executive Board of CEREPS.
